Abstract

Gratitude  or appreciation can be defined as an individual's optimistic desire to identify and react with gratitude to positive experiences. It has been widely explained within private linkage showing its connotations with life fulfilment. We are all acquainted with the profits of employee acknowledgment. When employees feel treasured, they’re more involved, motivated, and expected to go the extra mile for their organization. In spite of knowing the influence it can have on employee and business accomplishment, some organizations are yet fully unsuccessful at employee recognition.

This paper highlights the consequences and challenges faced by Human Resource Management in solving day-to-day issues in resolving several concerns which may lead to resolving the matters.  Researchers are mainly interested in understanding the solutions based on the challenges, as a matter of fact, if these situations are known well beforehand that to some extent resolve the issues.  This is just a guideline; you may face similar challenges once upon a time today or tomorrow. Not only that employees feel more esteemed and more involved, motivated, and likely to go the extra mile for their organization.  Employee engagement shall take place when they are motivated and gratitude will come that leads to job satisfaction.  After all, employees are considered to be human beings, not machinery.

The researcher’s still looking for more and more challenges in the day-to-day routine, unless and until challenges are faced by Human Resource Management people, at least personnel problems could be solved, that is the aim of the researchers.
