Agile Leadership Using Vuca Concepts

Abstract

Today in modern management theory, a new concept is envisaged, ‘Agile leadership’.  Agile Leadership is revamping the old traditional top-down, command-control management with the new concept using VUCA concept.  The concept of “agile” work is taken from the computer engineering to work in robust manner and with the realization for budding managers or middle management. In themodern management theory, we expect the middle level people to be adaptive and resilient companies are powered by engaged and innovative individuals who self-organize in agile teams that deliver against an aligned vision, mission, and goals.

Researcher, middle level managers are themselves responsible for the organizational growth and attainment.  Philosophy for Agile Software Development, the very document that gave the start to the agile movement.  This research platform permits different members who are keen have extensive research into arena in American and Japanese companies in the 20th century.
